Discover Barre in the Ballroom on Thursday evenings at 6pm

Caitlin’s barre classes are where Pilates and ballet meet, offering low-impact, high-intensity movements. These sessions help improve posture and boost confidence while building long, lean muscles. Barre is an inclusive fitness class that is suitable for beginners.
