If you're coming to an event, The Grand's public entrance is on Metropole Road East, to the north of the building, near the garage gates. Please see images below for reference.

The entrance to Keppels is through the garden on the eastern side of the building. Keppels can be found using What3Words: instructs.painted.nuns.

Yes. The public entrance is step-free and there is an accessible WC on the same floor. There is no public lift between the public rooms on the ground floor and Keppels at garden level, however if you are at an event and want to access Keppels, please speak to a member of the team. Keppels has step-free access.

Dogs are allowed in Keppels if they are kept on a lead and they do not sit on the furniture. Service dogs (only) are allowed upstairs for events.

The Grand is owned by its residential leaseholders, the majority of whom are shareholders in the freehold company.

There is currently free parking on The Leas and Metropole Road East but there is no designated parking for The Grand's use. Leas Cliff Hall has an underground carpark, which is a ten minute walk away.

The nearest bus stop is 'The Metropole' stop on Sandgate Road. It is served by the 102, 103 and 104 buses.
